Quick trip to NYC and back via Greyhound and Amtrak. Amtrak is the way civilized people travel--wow! Here's some shots from the trip in no particular order (because it all sort of blurred together. DC, Chicago, NYC, and points in-between):

10-2-2008: It's a Wonderful Life!

Rough Day. Didn't get out and had to take camera with me to the "It's a Wonderful Life" rehearsal (I'm Uncle Billy--the drunk, addle-brained relative who loses the $8000 and creates the crisis).

Anyway, here's George and Mary after the dance--if you know the movie, here he's telling her that he'd pull the moon down for her.

We're lucky to have a pretty talented cast (and even luckier that we get paid for our work). The performance is in late December at the French Lick Resort.
